Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple 14-day return process for orders from all countries. Please review the return policy below to ensure your return meets the requirements.

Items eligible for return must be:

Brand new, unused, and in their original condition.

Unwashed and free of stains, deodorant marks, or odors.

In original packaging, including all tags and protective materials.

How to Initiate a Return

Please provide details regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a refund confirmation email within 5 to 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

It may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for your bank to credit the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items upon receipt of your return.

If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer you store credit or a refund, at your convenience.

Exchange requests are subject to the same 14-day return window as our standard return policy.
